Born in 1942, Masae Kuwano found her artistic inspiration through the beauty of nature. In 1990, a chance encounter with a Sugino-type pressed flower sparked her passion for pressed flower art. Her delicate works have been showcased in public spaces such as post offices, hospitals, banks, and city halls. As director and president of Hitano no Hana no Kai, Kuwano is dedicated to promoting and preserving the art of pressed flowers.
